Chivalry Is Not Overrated

Mostly written snapshots of people who inspire, places I find fascinating, and things I find invaluable.

This is not Tits

I’m a small girl with equally small pleasantly shaped boobs, but they are not tits. I don’t call them tits, my friends don’t call their own tits, and pretty much no one I know here on the east coast calls them…tits.

Why? Because ‘tits’ is not an adjective. No seriously, its not. It is however, a noun. Meaning it can be a reference to a small bird, horse, or even an abbreviation of the word, ‘title’. But that’s all you get. Perhaps, given the larger portion of silicone sacks in certain parts of the US has resulted in placing the boobs on a pedestal, wheras the booty has always taken precedent around these parts.

Alas, the damage has been done.

Also, there is no ‘tude here. I am merely standing up for the petite or not-so-petite ladies bearing breasts of all sizes who perhaps may be compelled to invest in enlargements if they heard random men shouting expletives such as “this is tits!” regularly and daily in their presence. Because that does mean, “this is fantastic,” doesn’t it?! And placing ‘tits’ instead of any other adjective makes it all the more awesome?? My brow furrows with confusion as to the exact origin of such an albeit, humorous offense, but please, stop the madness.

Lastly, I may be able to provide visual evidence of the aforementioned pleasantness, but if not sadly you’ll have to take my word for it.
